It charges my Surface Pro 7!!!! ๐ฅณ
I have been looking for powerbank powerful enough to supplement the 5 year old battery of my Surface 7. The "PISEN Portable Charger Power Bank - 2-in-1 Hybrid Charger, 10000mAh 22.5W USB-C Portable Phone Charger with 87W Wall Charger, Portable Battery Pack Charger for iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Samsung, Laptops" listed it as compatible in the Product Details and it works!!!I wasn't sure what to expect as far as battery recharge capacity. After charging the power bank to capacity, I plugged the powerbank into the USB-C port of my laptop (power off). The Surface battery info showed the power level at 51% when Iturned it off. I left the powerbank drain completely completely but the display stabilized at 24% and the computer's power level was 100% when booted up. So yes, it does charge my laptop about 50 to 60+% capacity which will certainly help an extended power failure, a long day in the field or a road trip. The powerbank also works quite well as an alternative power converter to power the computer (65WH min needed) through the USB-C port when plugged into the wall outlet.I am also impressed also how quickly the powerbank charged to full (between 4 to 5 hours) using a "Super Fast" fast USB-C charger and fast cable.Definitely RECOMMENDED!!!!!๐๐๐๐๐

Versatile device with good capacity, but combined power output is a bit less than advertised
The Pinsen Portable Charger & Power Bank, is a 10,000mAh power bank with a couple of USB portsUSB-C port and foldable AC plug. The power bank has a small screen that shows the capacity remaining and also the charging protocol. The unit works as a power bank and as a charged when plugged to a wall receptacle. The USB-C port is rated at 65W when working as charger and 20W when working as a power bank. The USB-A port is rated at 20W as a charger and as a power bank. The unit can do a total of 87W when used as a charger and just 22.5W combined as a power bank. The Pinsen Portable Charger & Power Bank supports several protocols, such as "PD3.0", "QC2/QC3" "PPS", "FCP", and "AFC" but I could not get the "QC4.0" to show up.The unit was able to deliver 21W from the USB-C port and when connected to the wall receptacle it reached 67.2W of power delivery. The USB-A delivered delivered 20.1W as a power bank and 22.1W when connected to the wall receptacle. As a power bank it delivered 16.26W from both, USB-C and USB-A ports and 68.3W combined when connected to the wall receptacle.By the way, the device will not charge its internal battery when a device is plug to a USB port.I could not get the charger to reach 87W. It reached a top charging speed of 68.3W form both USB ports.68.3WThe Pinsen Portable Charger & Power Bank has an advertised capacity of 10,000mAh with internal batteries voltage of 3.85V, which is written on the unit itself. It is helpful to have the internal battery voltage, which makes easier to calculate capacity when using different voltage levels. Also, printed on the unit, is the rated capacity at 2A (5500mAh), but the tested voltage was not included, which makes the data close to useless.I tested the unit a 5V (4.78V) and 2A, and it delivered 6070mAh. I also tested the power bank at 9V (8.82V) and 2A and it delivered 3376mAh.These are good numbers, since it shows a power delivery efficiency around 78-79%.The power bank was able to fully charge an iPhone 15 twice. Additionally, an iPhone 15 Pro Max or Motorola Edge+ 2023 could receive one and a half charge before it ran out of juice. It is normal to have have 10-20% energy lose, since we have to take into account that there is power used in the transformation from the 3.85V internal batteries to 5V or 9V. There is also some energy used by the circuit operations and even the heat generated by the unit. Speaking about heat, this unit does get a bit toasty when recharging...reaching 138.2ยฐF (59ยฐC).I don't know why it gets this hot, since it charges at just 18W, which is not fast on these days standards. The Pinsen Portable Charger & Power Bank is a good device to charge a computer and a smartphone simultaneously, when plugged to a receptacle. As a power bank it works best when charging a single 18-20W device.I give it props for supporting multiple protocols, such as "PD3.0", "QC2/QC3" "PPS", "FCP", and "AFC" but I could not get the "QC4.0" to show up.I do like a device that offers dual functionality, but there are similar units from well know manufacturers with some extra features and lower price tag.

The household ride or die
I got this for myself, to keep in my purse and keep my phone charged. It has become the household ride or die. When all the other chargey boxes are near dead, this one is at 100%. The ability to plug it directly into the wall is WORTH ITS WEIGHT IN DIAMONDS! It has both USB and USB-C ports so all of our cords can plug into it. I don't know numbers for electrical speeds, but it charges my phone and the kids tablets plenty quickly for us. I absolutely LOVE the digital % readout. No guessing with 4 lights, or 5 lights, or is it lit? easy to read numbers at the push of a button. I sound like an infomercial bc this charger is JUST THAT GOOD! I am seriously considering getting a couple more and just retiring our other styles of chargers.

Worked Great
This worked great for us. It's not as slim as some others but I still like having it on hand to use at home. Fast and convenient.

Works great
This charges all of my devices with no problems at all. Can be used plugged in, or you can utilize the battery on-the-go (which is my primary use case). It only supports two devices at the same time, but it does a really good job providing power to both of them.
