Pleased with first purchase
Plants were securely wrapped and packed with brown paper. No visible breakage. Roots and leaves appear healthy. Some of the longest already have off shoots. I purchased to go in my aquarium.

Best choice ever
Thank you for fast delivery! I was worried because it stated delayed at customs- however it was delivered way before the expected date. It was actually shipped like a few hours after ordering! Very quick delivery
Not sure why but there was a mostly dead stack in several bunches. This is the first time it has happened and I have ordered many times. Still great product and I will order again.

Over half dead
I have bought bamboo from another seller over 2 years ago and all 100 are still alive and growing tall but I thought I would give these folks a try and boy was that a huge mistake. First off 10 of the plants sprouts were broken off on arrival and most all stalks were yellowish not green like my others, but the worst was yet to come. I seperated and arranged in containers the same as my others and within 24 hours all leaves were turning brown and in 72 hours the stalks began turning brown, now all but 7 plants are dead. Buyer beware, I do not recommend this seller. If I could give this zero stars I would.Update: 5/19/21 All are now dead. No matter what I tried nothing stopped them from dying. Huge waste of money!!!

Perfect editions to the collection
When they first arrived, they were not in the condition I expected, nor that would be suitable to add to other plants. Reached out and was met with AMAZING customer service, where the problem was fixed and remedied quickly. I've used JM Bamboo in the past and have always had a great experience, and they way my concerns were handled and addressed certainly maintained that. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for quality bamboo and great customer service to buy from JM Bamboo!

Arrived in great shape
These arrived on time and were in great condition in spite of the Texas heat! I immediately took them out of the box and placed them in glass containers with distilled water. They are doing fine. Can't wait to use them in our centerpieces for my daughter's wedding!

My beautiful, healthy bamboo arrived fast. It came faster than I expected so the package sat in my mailbox for 2 days in the Texas heat before I realized it was in there. I was afraid of what I would find when I opened the box. To my surprise, every stalk was fresh and healthy. It even came with an envelope to return any stalks if need be. Best price I have found so far as well!
