Works well when scanning for coyote hunting
I got tired of looking through my ATN Thor 5 thermal scope on a heavy rifle when I was out hunting coyotes. I decided to buy a thermal monocular but didn't go for the real expensive one as I just wanted to use this one to scan when I was out hunting. I was actually quite impressed with the visual quality of this ATN Blaze Seeker 207 Monocular and it will serve my purposes very well. The image quality does deteriorate as you go to the higher magnifications but this item for the money Works extremely well. You can also download an app to connect it to your phone and the app works flawlessly.

Great hunting tool for price
First thing remove original eye piece by simply pulling back on it ,soft rubber material. Replace with eye cup by lining up groves and notches on monocular and pushing in place. Makes eye relief much easier and faster. Take time to learn menu and adjust settings to your needs and you will be amazed for the price and 256 sensor. Great for scanning before you go to night vision or thermal scope or just seeing animals in total darkness. Can be useful in daytime also, will pick up heat signature of a bird or small rodent at 100 yards or more. I prefer using on lowest magnifacation for field of view and clarity. Small and light weight and battery last for hours. Very happy with ATN BlazeSeeker.

Good spotter
Bought this and a Thor 4 640 at the same time. Sensor on this one is obviously weaker but works fine for initial spotting. Use it walking to and from stand and it's impressive how it can pierce through thick brush and still pick up heat sources. Yard is about 3 acres cleared and I use this in the morning to see where little dogs go, works well for what it is.

This is an Amazing Piece of Technology
It works perfectly, and it is amazing once you understand what it can do. I use it to scan an area for game or predators during the day and night. This being a lower-priced unit, it will alert to objects like cows and deer at great distances up to 600 yards, but identifying them is not going to happen. You will see the objects as hot, but the specific ID of the target is not going to happen unless it is inside the 150-yard-ish area. It picks up heat well, and I tend to like the "black hot" setting for scanning my areas. Battery life has been really good, and it has never run out of power during my trips in the field. I have used it to find bagged game in large fields by getting in the general area and scanning with this thermal. This gives me plenty of resolution for my needs and the price point is pretty amazing. It goes with me on all my hunts and has spotted game I would have missed.

Blurry Images, Poor performance, couldn't even see my foot.
I was unable to get the images sharp enough to differentiate between the trees or grass. Everything showed up as a giant blob with a few outlines here and there. None of the images shown through the camera was even remotely close to what is advertised on the web page which is misleading. If I pointed the camera at my foot it was just another blob with heat signature. Squirrells, rabbits and birds were all just round objects moving around within 25 yards with a blob heat signature. Anything beyond 25 yards was impossible to figure out from a rock. Do not waste your money on this scope.~~
