Hard to believe how much of a difference these make
A lovely kit with all the tools you'd need for sourdough, and to my amazement, these made a huge difference to the quality and ease of producing lovely loaves. An excellent kit, and very well worth the investment!

Perfect size
Wonderful set. All items are top quality. Ordered the wrong size of bannetons and these were perfect so got the set. This size is medium size that works best for most sourdough recipes.

Great Value! Some Wooden pieces were broken but it did not compromise structure.
Overall, this is great value for the price. It comes with two baskets already sleeved and a really nice razor tool with a bunch of extra razor blades. That razor handle surprised me since it was actually good quality and looked nice. While the baskets were fine, I did notice that some of the wooden strips were broken. They did not compromise the overall structure of the basket, but it is noteworthy, I presume some more might crack in the future due to temperature fluctuations and given that the quality of the wood is not the best. I do believe that if you get one with all the wooden pieces in-tact, to season them well as to prevent them from cracking.

Great kit for a beginner
This is a wonderful kit!!! Worth every penny! It comes with a variety of useful accessories and a booklet with instructions. Also, the seller contacted me via email and provided some helpful tips and tricks on how to prep the banneton proofing basket and how to take care of it. I really enjoy using this Sourdough Bread Baking Supplies Kit and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone who wants to bake their own artisan sourdough bread!

High quality- great to get all the supplies to begin
Every piece feels high quality, even being part of a starter pack. The bannetons are sturdy and have done a great job with my first few loaves.
