Hard to put on and hard to stay on

I bought them and they came a day before I got my braces. They helped me get relief that same night for sleep. And I slept so comfortably. Just dry that area where you want to place them and then place them after warming and squishing the wax with your fingers, for it to mold how you want. 100% recommend.

I started using these wax dots after getting new wires put on my braces, and I can say they helped make daily life feel more comfortable. I usually carry a few with me because the inside of my mouth sometimes gets sore without warning, especially after adjustments. The small packages made it easier for me to slip one into my pocket or bag without worrying about it picking up lint or dirt. I like how I can just pinch one out and press it right onto the part of the bracket or wire that is rubbing. I feel like the texture is soft enough to mold easily but stays put for several hours, even when I drink water or have a small snack. I do notice that it has a mild mint scent, but it is not overpowering or distracting. When I remove it at the end of the day, it usually comes off clean without leaving any weird residue behind. I think the box size is good because having 90 dots lasts a long time without needing to reorder too quickly. Sometimes I have days where I don't need it at all, but other times it is nice to have a quick fix when a new spot starts to hurt.
