I love these protein drinks. I’m not vegan but traditional protein drinks, like whey, do not agree with me. I discovered this drink originally at Wegmans and I’m so glad I gave it a chance. It has good flavor, it drinks clean, it feels nourishing, and the level of protein is great. I usually drink one over two days because I’m a bit caffeine sensitive. But I’m sure most folks could drink it all at once. Anyway, highly recommended!

Tastes horrible!

OK, I originally posted a 2-star review. I disliked the flavor and really couldn't seem to get over it. However, I want to stick with a vegan shake option and they are far and few between. So what I did is started mixing this shake with 1 cup of flavored almond milk. Well, THAT solved my 'aftertaste' problem. I mixed the coffee and chocolate flavors with chocolate almond milk and it's such a huge improvement that I now look forward to having my shake! Try it, if you're not liking the flavor but don't want to waste it. I still am not fond of vanilla so will not reorder that flavor, but the coffee flavor with chocolate almond milk is really good.

I have a BUNCH of food allergies so finding easy to grab food items that actually taste good have always been a challenge, especially with protein drinks. At least until now! The Owyn coffee flavored protein drink is so great I had to have a bunch of the girls at work try it out too and it was unanimous. Great taste, rich and creamy, but best of all, no horrible, lingering after taste! I would definitely recommend to give this product I try. I’ll definitely be giving their other products a try.

I have been enjoying Soylent for the last year and a coworker recommended this to try. It may be good for you but I for one thought it tasted horrible. It has that overwhelming taste of sugar alternative that you would find in Diet products, and if you are like me I cannot stand that taste. On top of that all the other flavors that came through just didnt taste very good to me and absolutely didnt taste anything like coffee. I enjoy the concept of meal replacement and love to replace meals with these drinks but they at least have to taste good.

I was skeptical when ordered, but these taste fantastic. If they weren’t so expensive I would buy them all the time.

Palatable, kind of gritty and bitter but I was able to drink it. Does the job

Finally found a plant based protein shake that I love! Totally delicious and perfect after my workout. Highly recommend Owyn.
