These are great. The quality is really nice. The metal does some times pinch your wrist. Been finding my grip was a limiting factor on my lift capacity and these help me lift heavier easier. Good value for the money and they do what they are supposed to so very functional.

Good for smaller hands
My hands and wrists are relatively small, but these tighten well and make it easier to hang from the pull-up bar for longer periods. Comfortable on the wrists too.

It does what it is supposed to do
It does what it is supposed to do and I'm able to lift heavier and get more reps now that the barbell is not slipping from my grip.I gave 4 stars because I think it's too bulky and a bit awkward.
