The cholesterol supplement came on time. I have ordered them for the second time.I’ve been struggling taking them 3 pills is been difficult while swallowing those big thick pills 💊 at times get stuck in my throat or trachea. I just don’t take them as I used to avoiding the discomfort cause the pill usually get stuck it feels terrible and I have to drink a lot of water to get rid of the discomfort to later feeling full of water for overdoing it “very uncomfortable” afterwards. Hopefully the lab producing them could make some changes making them pills smaller thinner? Less pill to take at once?I might not be the only one facing this issue.I am in the 3rd bottle but tired of trying already.

I started taking because I have very high cholesterol. I haven’t had another blood test done to see if it has lowered. I pray it works, I’ve been taking it for several months now. No taste, side effects, and doesn’t smell. I’ve very please with my purchase and will continue to buy.

In 2023 I had bloodwork done that showed my overall cholesterol to be 292. Pretty high. My doctor put me on a Crestor generic. I didn't do well on it. I had several side effect where I had to quit taking it after 3 weeks. I upped my supplements to see if that could make a difference.This year, September 2024 I had my bloodwork done again on my annual visit. My overall cholesterol was 275. Still high. I weighed 25 lbs more than I did in 2023, so I wasn't expecting much difference. My doctor put me on a Lipitor generic. I didn't do well on it either. The side effects were worse and quit this after 3 weeks as well.I began researching different options. I've had high cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar for awhile now. By changing my diet I've gotten my blood pressure to healthy levels and cutting out sweets fixed the blood sugar. I take all my supplements with breakfast and this one didn't affect my stomach or anything else. The size is a bit daunting but no problem for me. Doesn't really have a smell or taste that's discernable to me. On to my bloodwork and hopefully the results will be encouraging.
