The best small tripod on the market for your iphone
Anywho who has ever looked for a small tripod like this knows when you do a search about 200 options pop up and they all look exactly the same. I bought 10 different ones and FINALLY found the best one. It was an absolute pain to find but I did the leg work for you, here's why this is the best one to get.Pros:-It's very sturdy. Oddly enough the other 9 options I bought were cheap plastic, or the metal on the tripods was poorly constructed with plastic and felt hella wobbly. This one is all light metal, and extremely sturdy and the plastic knobs for the level adjustments are more rounded (none of the other 9 I bought had rounded knobs for the level adjustments) so they're WAY more comfortable to flip open and close quickly.-It's bottom-heavy. That's probably why it is more sturdy than the other tripods I had bought. All the other options I bought were very top-heavy and would easily fall over at their max height when I gently pushed on it. This one you won't have that problem. I pushed it lightly to see if it would fall like the others and at its max height and it would always go back to being straight. Obviously, don't push it too hard or it will fall over, but if you want more balance and resistance if you're outside and there's a light breeze this one won't fall over at least. The other ones absolutely would.-The singular tightening knob at the bottom for the feet is easier to use than the circular locks the other tripods have. This was one of the only ones I saw with a singular knob to tighten or loosen the bottom tripod feet. I found this to be much easier to quickly control the tripod feet and also have a much slimmer profile overall than the tripods with the large circular/ring-shaped locks. Those never actually tighten completely for me no matter how much I twisted them in the "lock" position, all 9 of them had that problem. You won't have that issue with this tripod. The other good thing about this is if you don't want the feet to lay completely flat, you can position them to be higher and the tightening knob will actually hold that position or any position you set for the feet. So you have a great range to position the feet as wide or narrow as you want, and the tripod is STILL sturdy even when the feet are positioned narrow (which is how I use my tripod)-Overall, the build quality is significantly better than the other small tripods you can buy on the market. The price is good too for what you get. And the little Bluetooth camera record/stop control works as advertised. It's a professional-looking tripod as well and does not look bulky.Cons:-That head mount that comes with this for attaching your iPhone is garbage. It's not an efficient knob to loosen the head to tilt/rotate/pan the tripod head at all. They put "stops" in the tilt/rotate function of this tripod head for some reason so you can't freely position the head very well.BUT there's a great fix for this that I highly recommend you purchase with this tripod and I promise it will make your life easier. If you search for this tripod head "SmallRig Mini Ball Head, Tripod Head Camera 360° Panoramic "This is the smallest tripod head I could find on Amazon. It's a SmallRig brand, it's built very well, and it fits perfectly on top of this particular tripod. Since it has separate control knobs for adjusting the tilt and pan/rotate, this makes it MUCH easier to make adjustments on the fly. It also has a universal-sized release plate so I can change out my iPhone setup to my other tripods if I need.I attached a photo of my complete tripod setup. Since the tripod is bottom-heavy, even fitting a small metal camera cage on top with a mic, the tripod is still extremely sturdy, balanced, and doesn't fall still even with all the extra stuff on top.I hope this helps someone who was as confused as I was about which small tripod to buy. This is the one you want to get.

Highly recommended!
I have a couple of selfie sticks, monopods, and several tripods of different lengths and designs. I would say that this one is primarily a stand/tripod and not necessarily a selfie stick because the legs cannot be removed. However, it can easily be used as a selfie stick if you desire. The primary area of my work/hobby revolves around 360° pictures/videos. While it is not quite "perfect" for 360 videos (the head is too large, so it becomes visible beyond the stitching line - see pictures), it does have lots of outstanding attributes, which makes it worthwhile. Even though the base is visible, it is not a problem. It can easily be cloned out or covered up with a logo in post-production. This is a much more affordable option than other brand names, costing 10 times more. The extended 62" length is perfect for 360 pictures/video because this height is at about the average eye level of a normal viewer. The expandable legs are large, so they provide great stability for indoor shoots. However, I would not recommend it for outdoor shoots unless it is properly weighed down to prevent vibrations and accidental tip-over during high gusts of wind. The construction, being part metal and plastic, makes it sufficiently light to effortlessly carry it comfortably in a backpack or carry-on luggage. It comes well-equipped with a cell phone holder and a Bluetooth remote shutter device. It also makes for a very versatile stand for artificial lighting. For the price, I highly recommend this item to anyone in need of a lightweight, good quality, sturdy, and economical, all-in-one stand/tripod, and yes, selfie stick. The first 4 pictures depict the tripod head as it appears on a 360° picture/video. The last two pictures show the head once removed from the picture or covered up with another picture or logo.

Extremely simple, super versatile, could be a *little* better.
Right off the bad I'd like to state that I did receive this product in exchange for a review, but I will let you know my honest thoughts.Build quality: Quite cheap feeling, sturdy enough to hold a large smartphone, though pulling the phone mount open super wide does make me worried that it'll snap on me when closing. But the tripod legs are enough to hold up a sony a5100 on a table (I haven't tried it in selfie stick mode with that camera)Using the bluetooth shutter button:The instructions were a bit confusing, saying it only works with certain androids only and mainly iphones. However after turning it on and searching for it, it connected in an instant and can be used to easily take photos from a distance away from your phone. I haven't tested video recording, but the instructions say that it may not work for certain phones.Usefulness:I've used it as a stand for a video monitor, a stand for a small point and shoot camera and a stand for a phone to take selfies (not as a selfie stick). But the versatility is fantastic. The mount at the top allows you to mount a camera with the quarter inch screw which is super useful, and it tightens without any special tools.So-so:Something that I wish that they could improve upon is the tilting head. While it's useful, it only tilts forward and backwards but because it doesn't rotate, if you're using it as a tripod in a small area with not much space for the legs you can't turn the camera. That's the only issue I have with it, I get that it's meant as a selfie stick so the tilting head is useful for selfies. But with the versatility I'd love to see it be something like a ball head for when you're using it in tripod mode. All in all for $20 it's not bad, a bit cheap feeling, but super useful of different things, not just as a selfie stick. Possibly super useful for tiktok videos since you can tilt the head 90 degrees, clip your phone in and start recording with the shutter button.
