To start off this is a nice pan and it's very pretty to look at. However, the polishing does have some imperfections in it on a few locations. Nothing that stops you from using the pan, but it if the pan is $75+ you notice things things like that. Then pan itself is great for fast cooking on the stove top, but it says you can also use in the oven. I did not, but if you plan to you might want to check with the seller about the max temp for the padding under each of the handles. Otherwise this is a solid pan that works fine and looks pretty. (Also, I wouldn't store acidic foods in the pan overnight, but it's safe to cook and serve from it.)

This kadai is a work of art! It heats evenly, is naturally non-stick, and the lid is a great addition. Perfect for cooking traditional dishes with ease. It looks great even when used.

This one does not work as great as Pital brand. Not recommended for Indian curry cooking.

not interested in wasting my energy here, this arrived used, very clearly dirty and damaged. not at all what i was expecting and nobody deserves to receive a used product when ordering something that should be brand new. over it.

If you don't mind cooking in tin and don't have induction stovetop then this is a very usable cooking pot. It's a decent size and looks great displayed in the kitchen. It's a true brass and looks a bit off next to my copper ware.

This is very cute and looks great as a show piece on the table especially with food in it. I must confess I thought the listing said it was copper but its brass so it's old toned but in some spots it does have more of a coppery tint showing, anyway this is a pretty and functional piece for the kitchen

We recently got an outdoor pellet smoke grill and I’ve been looking for brass cookware for cooking smoked vegetable dishes and desserts and this will be perfect. I don’t see any heat resistance limitations listed for this but it mentions it is good for glass top and direct gas cooking. It also has rubberized pads under the handle of the lid and pads under both of the dish side handles. I can’t wait to see the patina develop but I intend to keep it as shiny as possible—it’s a really pretty cookware and serving dish.When it comes to cooking, presentation makes a difference and this is hammered brass cookware is a timeless statement piece.
