These J Bryant Nordic Hamstring Curl Straps are overall nice quality. All materials used from webbing to neoprene padding to heavy-duty buckle depict quality.In all fairness , I own another brands nordic straps which I liked everything except small door anchor.So I ordered mainly for extra large foam roller (around 5 inch) which I got and it does make me feel so much safer while performing the movement but this time I overlooked pad dimensions LoL.So now my concern is , neoprene pad feels small (currently ~13 inch) but its short by atleast 3 -4 inches.Its still good quality product just disappointed for pad size may be its just me.Well on bright side , I can use this door anchor and leave size preference to each their own.

I have always used the leg attachment on my bench and bent forward to exercise my hamstrings, glutes, and lower back. This solution works far better. It will be stable at the door to which you attach it. It may also be used as a foot anchor for crunches, sit-ups, etc.I am pleased with this product's performance and have nothing negative to say about it. It is also very affordable, and I highly recommend it.
