The hologram works great. It is best viewed at a distance. If you watch it too close you can see lines, however about 5 or ten feet away it looks fantastic to me. Great customer service!! The setup and connection to the app is well explained in the instructions. However the paper instructions do not explain everything. I have uploaded some of my own photos to the machine very easily. It is definitely worth the money. It does have a storage card but I do not know how much data it stores. Use WhatsApp for customer service for any questions. They explain everything in detail!

This product is definitely worth the money. I've seen many companies selling many different hologram fans but this is my first one. I can't compare to others but this one is very satisfying. Picture is better than i thought it would be and the fact that you can add your own pictures and videos makes it that much better.Things to know:1) read the directions and scan the qr code for the app.2) compatible with android but not so much samsung in general.3) works on computer, i tested and used it this way. It's very easy this way.4) contact support with the emails given because they answer quickly and are very helpful if needed.5) be careful as this thing spins fast. Dont stick your hands or face anywhere near it while its running. Its smart to buy the case and enclose the fan for safety.6) fan is loud but depending on the application/reason why you are using you can use background music or something to drown that out.I enjoy this so far and stand by my 5 stars. You may get frustrated at first trying to learn how to use the software but be patient and just ask if needed.Great product!

Works but app website won't open to download app and remote only works sometimes did not come together no instructions to put it together more bad then good in my opinion

This thing is awesome. There is so much technology wrapped up into this item and yet everything runs so smoothly. We have family and friends gathering for birthdays and holidays and this hologram well be great to present seasonal and special occasions good wishes and graphics. In addition to that it just fun to watch and create your own presentations. The instruction certainly could be better but it’s not that complicated to figure out. Be sure to connect to the units created Wi-Fi address before starting the App and the fan has to be turned on before it will generate the Wi-Fi channel. However, if you should have an issue don’t give up on the unit because customer service is excellent and they respond very quickly. I was able to do an easy video upload using the App and the upload was reasonably fast. I know when I made use of it this coming holiday that it will generate a lot of interest. The low pricing makes it a good gift option too.

The media could not be loaded. Out of the box, there are about 15 choices on the installed SD card. The files are *.bin files. The Android software did not work on my Samsung S22. The Windows executable on the SD card did work on my PC. Find MOV format 3d hologram files on the internet, or convert them to MOV with tools on the internet. Using the usb adapter that came with the device, connect the sd card to your pc. Set the device to "F1" to work with this fan. Export the video to the sd card. I figured this out by trial and error. The instructions are no help at all. The fan is kind of loud. The images look better in person than in my video due to the out of sync frame rate.

I liked the first one that i recently purchased so much that i wanted a second one! You will not be disappointed! Assembly was not difficult at all to figure out. Had it mounted on the wall and running in no time. Once connected to wifi, the app for the phone works great as well as the remote which is included. Found it relatively easy to also figure out how to put your own photos on the display. Customer support is great and you will get a quick pleasant response from Delin who will also send you a link for 700 additional videos for the fan display! All I need now is to figure out how to make my own videos! It is definitely fun to use and looks great!

Works great, great value. You can send a lot of pictures to it and they are very cool to see. Brings people in to check it out. Especially if you are set up at and event. You can display your product

Easy to put together, but it did not show any pre loaded program pics, and the instructions didn’t tell you even if there was supposed to be any. As I have tried to take it apart to send back one of the arms got stuck and I can not send it back. So for me it’s a waste of money.
