Having used Viridian supplements for many years I always recommend this company for their scientific and ethical approach. I've taken MSM for a long time for my joint and skin health, so when a friend was having real difficulty with joint pain I recommended this. He visited over the weekend and told me something really interesting which I thought would be helpful to share.Since taking the MSM his discomfort has reduced by about 80% - arthritis in hands, stiff hips and back. Now this is the really interesting part - running out of his Viridian brand he bought some much stronger ones on here, 2200mg, which seemed better value. His pain returned within 24 hours. He took them for a month to give them a chance to work but nothing. He took my Viridian ones over the weekend and within 24 hours the pain was reduced as before.We were both surprised and delighted.
