Horrible experience
Avoid this brand! I would rate it zero if I could.I bought this monitor for my daughter and I received a monitor that had text printed inside the monitor. I have no clue why there is text but see the photo. Clearly there is no QC at their end.I couldn't replace the monitor through Amazon. Bad move here Amazon! I could only contact Geonix customer support.Ater explaining the issue, Geonix agreed to send a courier to pick it up, fix the issue and ship it back.One month later, Geonix support is giving me lies after lies. After many emails, they're telling me it has been shipped but fail to share the courier tracking details.I'm still waiting for the replacement or fixed monitor.It looks like they don't have a spare monitor to send me.The only thing I could do is to file a customer case with Legal India. This is in progress but additional costs endured.Meanwhile my daughter cannot use the computer for school.It is better to pay a bit extra and to go with a reputed brand and spare you the trouble.

Screed lining problem just 2 after
The media could not be loaded. It's been almost 3 months since I bought this device and right now I'm starting to get a lot of blood stains on its screen.
