Simple but effective
These wrist supports for weight lifting are a nice because they don't have any velcro and nothing on them that can interfere with movement or break over time. They are simple, straightforward, and go on exactly how the manufacturer's instructions show. I can feel an alleviation of pressure when I'm lifting free weights. Easy on, easy off, and made of thick, breathable, natural materials.

Not as supportive as regular wrist wrap; works but can't recommend.
I'm in the 7th month of tendonitis and strained muscles in both wrists and both forearms. Based on the amount of discomfort, these CrossFit-style wraps don't provide as much support as regular wrist wraps. Maybe only 66-75% as much. And, while they're adjustable by twisting as claimed, that's not really much of an advantage. Twisting isn't much faster than releasing and adjusting a regular wrap. On the plus side, it does hold its tension without loosening. Though, because of my current issues, I can't say if that will be true when I'm finally able to go heavier and harder. The wraps are 35" of slightly thin medium density material plus a 16.5' string. It's recommended that the wrap go around the wrist bone in even layers. Since it can be tighten, it isn't necessary to get a perfect fit when initially wrapping. Pressure around the wrist is uneven. Probably because those even layers around an uneven wrist can't provide uniform support.

Good Value
The support and comfort are a good value considering the price.

Great Protection for Sore Wrists – Worth a Try!
These wrist wraps are exactly what I needed for my sore, bruised lower wrists after using adjustable dumbbells with bulky plates that kept hitting my wrists. I wanted something to protect my wrists during strength training, and these wraps do the job well. They’re easy to put on, though the directions could be clearer. The straps stay secure, but be careful not to pull on them too hard, as I could see them potentially tearing. If you need help figuring out how to secure them, another reviewer mentioned a helpful YouTube video, which I’d also suggest checking out. Overall, I think these wraps are worth giving a try if you’re looking for wrist support!

Difficult to Wrap Around Wrists, Not for Heavy Weightlifting
These are soft cloth wrist wraps. I have never had any wrist wraps like this before, but they looked like they would be a good alternative to the stiff, long wrist wraps that I have. They are complicated and difficult to figure out how to wrap them. The box has instructions and visual diagrams, but even when following those, I couldn't get these to wrap correctly or securely. I had my husband give it a few tries to see if he could figure them out, and he was unable to either.I am not really able to review how good, durable, and quality these wrist wraps are since I cannot figure out how to use them properly. For now I will give them 2 stars and try to see if there is a video on how these wraps are supposed to be used.

Not tight
I was hoping for a wrap that would hold my wrist snugly. These did not do that. I wrapped as tight as I could, but it tends to slip before I’m finished, every time. The thin tie didn’t help. When done, it slips on my wrists as well. I guess Velcro closures are better.

Cross fit wrist straps
Ok, I will admit I didn't really understand exactly what I was ordering. I have a lot of right wrist pain especially with lifting weights or doing body weight exercises that put pressure on my wrist - I saw this and thought it was a wrist support brace that I could wear when lifting. I was expecting a band/sleeve-style brace, but when they came I was surprised to see they are long bands that have to be wrapped. Although I was confused at how to use them at first (and had to find a video online to figure out how to put them on!) once I got them on I understood why people use these. They are quite supportive to my wrist, and easy to adjust to be tighter or looser. I do think they are more appropriate for cross fit and very heavy lifting, but they serve the function of supporting the wrist joint well and seem to be durable and well-made.
