great quality
I recently purchased this sofa and it's absolutely fantastic! It's incredibly soft and comfortable, with excellent quality. The fabric feels luxurious yet durable. Plus, the ottoman comes with convenient storage. The size is larger than I expected, giving it a high-end look. The down-filled cushions are wonderfully plush and offer a cozy, cloud-like sitting experience. Shipping was super fast too!

Elevated look, not so cozy feel
This is a beautiful couch but it’s not deeply inset or comfortable for a “lounge couch”, more like a formal room. I wish I would have returned it in the window or explored if they had the ideal I had in mind (more like CB2) If anyone wants to buy it used in new condition let me know.On the upside, it was easy to build and again it looks visually very beautiful. It’s just definitely not a sleeper couch.

Cushions flatten out
This sectional sofa looks GREAT in my TV room! However, after about 3 months of light use, the bottom cushions have flattened out and are uncomfortable, and it really isn't possible to "re-fluff" them. I have been able to insert king size bed pillows into each cushion, and that's helpful, but they don't really look right anymore. I would not recommend this sectional unless it's for a room where it will not get much use.

Love this couch!
It’s so beautiful! The perfect color, so cozy and super easy to assemble! Be advised that the boxes may come on different days.

Looks great but could be a bit more comfortable
The sofa looks great and definitely works for me, but I do wish it was a bit deeper and a bit more comfortable. The ottoman cushion is the most comfortable part since it's fully filled with down, but the sofa cushions fall a bit short. You can feel the hard wooden frame on the sides of each modular piece unless you're sitting directly in the center of each seat. Which is a bit of a let down because it’s not a cheap sofa.
