Irish Spring Original Body Wash for Men - 18 Fl Oz (Pack of 4)

I've been an Irish Spring and Old Spice man for as long as can remember. In terms of bar soap, Irish Spring is the only brand I use. Until recently I've always used the tried and true bar form in the shower and as you'd expect it's always done the trick just fine.However, since you are almost certainly reading this in order to inform your decision on whether or not to purchase the gel version I'll focus on that and share my experiences using the product over the past few months.For me, the biggest selling point is the convenience of using it with a loofah. It lathers up much faster and thicker than the bar version even when using the very same loofah. As others have mentioned the scent is much stronger than the bar version (I'd say probably 2-4x stronger). A few people have commented on it having a "Chemical" sort of smell to it. But I've never noticed anything like that. For me, it smells just like normal Irish Spring only there's more of it. Which is fine by me because I obviously like the smell of Irish Spring.My only complaint is that I sometimes have a hard time getting all the gel to turn into a lather quickly. When it is in the gel form it also rinses out of my loofah too quickly for my liking and thus wastes that bit of soap. But both of those issues have a lot more to do with my loofah being pretty worn out than it does with the lathering capabilities of the gel itself.

First of all, what an amazing scent! It's so refreshing and relaxing, like getting a back massage in the middle of a lush green forest. And I love it so much so that I use it as a shampoo as well, washing and reinvigorating my body from head to toe. Yes!Still, like some have said it is a bit drying. But I want that. I need to remove the dirt and grease each day from working and sweating to feel fresh and excited to get back out there knowing that I have this gem at home to reset my energy level back up way up high. The temporary after effect of that is dry skin, but for that I use Palmer's cocoa butter lotion--from head to toe. That's right! I use the body lotion to also restore moisture to my hair and scalp--no need for an additional conditioner.Overall, job well done, Irish Spring Original Body Wash! I highly recommend it. You'll feel great every day just by using it!

Getting the original scent in this Irish Spring is great but getting multiple bottles at a good price is even better.
