DONOW Smith Machine, Power Cage Power Rack Squat Rack with Smith Bar Home Gym System with LAT Pull Down Chest Station for Strengthen Training No Weights

I have used a Smith machine for years and needed to move my equipment to a tight space in my basement. This machine fit that need. The assembly was straight forward and possible for just 1 person. 2 would speed the process but I actually did it alone. The equipment is of high quality and gives me all I want in a weight workout. The absolute best thing was my interaction with their service group… they go out of their way to take care of you. If you have been considering trying this machine or possibly other products they carry, I’d say do it now! Maybe that’s why they call themselves DONOW??? Anyway,, glad I did.

We got our machine up and about mid way through the set up noticed a part was made in error and so we stopped and contacted customer support. They were awesome and I messaged them pretty late in the evening and they messaged back right away and sent the part we were needing to us right away. Then after we received the part, Jane made sure we received that part and has checked up on us even after we got the machine together. We would so recommend this machine. It has everything you need for a great workout.

This was a good surprise. I figured it would be cheaply made given the price but it is actually pretty decent. It’s not going to be adequate for a real power lifter but it will do for me. I don’t expect to ever load more than a few hundred pounds on it and it will handle that easily. The instructions were clear and well written and the small parts were organized on a card in sections that corresponded with sections from the instructions. My only minor complaint is that the pull-up bar is a little on the skinny side but it is nicely shaped and has a good grippy paint surface.

Honestly very impressed with this. I am a regular gym goer m-f. I can hit everything I need to on this thing. Have not had any issues besides the bar wiggles and is kind of a panic when your trying to lock it back in place on a heavy bench. I have not gone over 275lbs on its bench yet. Waiting on more plates to show up. The only thing I’d say is not the best is the chest fly system it has. You still get a good burn and pump but I think they should have put more of a swing arm style on it. I will put more info on bench when I get more plates but it’s doing just fine with 275lbs. I would recommend holder weights to keep the machine in place once you get over 200lbs. I use some of my old 1inch plates to keep it from acting up by putting them on the spot where you store plates.Everything else seems to work pretty good! Triceps pull downs works awesome back exercises work great!

I love this machine! Converted my dining room to a gym! Buy without hesitation! Been going to gym for 20+ years. Wanted to start working out from home. Putting together was a breeze. I put it together all by myself! Love the video demonstration on how to put together. Trying to keep muscle mass after menopause! This system allows me to do so. Staying fit and healthy with muscle mass while aging is important to me.Thank you for offering this awesome machine at an awesome price!!
