Amazon Basics Rechargeable AA NiMh Batteries with 8-Bay Battery Charger, USB-C Port, No AC Power Adapter, 8 Count (Pack of 1)

Like a previous reviewer I was initially confused with the flashing lights but can confirm that flashing means charging and solid white light when charged. I tested this out on the 4 bay Basics charger to see for myself :) Love the batteries, use them all the time, especially with my automated window blinds :) You'll not regret the purchase, hopefully !

Seems okay, but no way to tell how much the batteries have been charged and the instructions don't indicate how to tell when the batteries are charged. The lights are flashing while i have the supplied batteries inserted, but does this mean "charging" or "charged?"

I wish the block had come with this to plug into the wall. That’s the biggest downfall.Everything else is fine. They are being used for mics at church.Will update the review as we use them.

I'm loving my rechargeable batteries. This is very practical, and the batteries last a long time and the recharge is fast. I recommend this.!

Comes with 8x AA rechargeable 2000mAh 1.2v batteries. The charges can charge AA and AAA rechargeable batteries. Comes with a USB-C cable but no charging brick. On the back of the charger is says it needs a charging brick of 5v 2A. Outputs 1.5v 260mAx8 for AA and 1.5v 110mA x8 for AAA. I do like that the batteries are labeled in bright green to distinguish itself from other batteries. The 2000mAh capacity is a bit on the lower end as I usually purchase 2800mAh or higher. On the product page it states that it charges up to AA 2500mAh capacity so if you plan to use this charger for a higher capacity rechargeable battery than 2500mAh I guess it won't charge it all the way.Overall it is a good introductory rechargeable battery package.

I like that this charger can fit both AA and AAA batteries, or any mix of them at a time, it doesn't have to be all one or the other. I have this plugged into an unused USB port on my desktop.The only negative I've seen so far is with the battery size-they are a little bit thicker around than standard batteries, so there have been a few electronic devices that we just weren't able to fit these rechargeable batteries into, so had to go with the disposable. That has happened when an item requires 2 or more batteries and the battery compartment has them close together, so they can't accommodate this bigger battery.

I already had some Amazon Basics batteries as they are significantly more affordable than some big brands, but my charger was too small and not very efficient. This charger bay works well and quickly, and I love the USB-C since I always have that option around the house now.
