I take three of these capsules daily. They're smallish and super easy to take. Natto has been heralded as a super food if you have risk factors for certain heart conditions and high blood pressure, so I feel confident that adding this supplement to my daily routine will be beneficial. Recommended.

The CRANE WELLNESS NATTOKINASE Blend is worth a try. I've only begun using the supplement, so I can't comment on how it is making me feel or anything like that.What I can say is that the company seems to be very valid. Unlike so many supplements out there, this company is very transparent. You can find them online by doing a simple online search. It appears as though they are very serious about providing a good product. Please look at the website to find out about the man behind the business, standards of production, sourcing etc. I feel very confident with the product and the business appears solid.As others have said, the pills come in an unsealed container. The container is in a box which is sealed. The pills are small and coated, so easy to swallow. Serving size is 3 a day and the container is a one month supply.I love japanese beauty products and japanese food, both of which often have very nutritional ingredients. I feel this product is well produced and definitely worth a try for overall cardio wellness. Four stars at this point only because I have to give this a good amount of time to see if I feel it is working for me.

Company seem reputable. Pills are good size and easy to swallow. Not sure if its effective so it's hard to say if I'll purchase it after this bottle as it's a big expensive.

Top of the line nattokinase supplement with added synergistic nutrients. And with the nattokinase content being 6,000FU's per serving, it's a hefty increase over the standard 4,000FU, products I've used in the past... that's a full 50% increase..I can't say much in reviewing any nutritional supplemen on this platform but I will point out that the research and documentation shows nattokinase is beneficial in term of supporting healthy 'fibrin blood level's"... which can then have ripple beneficial effects in regards to supporting other areas of health, such as supporting blood pressure, already within normal levels.... is the proper legal way, to phrase it nowadays. Anyhow, it's worth looking at the literature and studies done on the remarkable substance, to get a feel for everything it might support. The added nutrients here are a nice synergistic touch and should add some power to the punch, so to speak.... and I like that the form of GABA included, is a branded form of GABA... meaning it's a trademarked name, and a company's reputation at stake, if it's not of the highest quality possible.In regards to certain vitamin additions in this formula, I would like to know what forms they are in...... the form of B-12 as well as the forms of vitamin E, B-6, and folic acid, to be specific. If the forms of these nutrients are not stated on the label then I have to assume they are the inferior, cheaper forms...... namely, I'd have to assume the E is in the "dl" form of vitamin E, as opposed to the natural form,"d" form. And regarding the B-12 and folic acid, I must assume it's the ordinary, old forms, as opposed to the "methyl forms .... and then the B-6, I'll have to assume it's not the superior P5P form. Either way though, the nattokinase should still perform it's work regardless of the forms of the added nutrients.3 capsules, is a serving, take once daily, preferably at bedtime, with water, on an empty stomach, as I understand it. Alternative type doctors are going to know all about nattokinase, for the most part, and mainstream doctors, won't even have heard of it, for the most part.. Great product.

Bottle was not sealed box was broken will not take because I have no idea if item is legitimate

I was looking forward to trying these Nattokinase cardiovascular supplements. Unfortunate when they bottle arrived I was surprised that there was no tamper proof seal on the bottle. Most supplements have two seals one on the outside part of the lid and one underneath the lid that seals the bottle. This had neither and makes me hesitant to even try these. Usually the Japanese are high on quality and this company claims to be in business for 20 years, but it seems sketchy that there’s no tamperproof seal. In addition, there was no cotton on the inside part of the bottle. It was just a small plastic bag, which is very weird. (See pictures to understand the description). In my opinion, if they want customers to return, they need to fix the tamperproof seal issue.

Crane wellness seems to be a good trustworthy brand and is easily researchable.These are made in Japan and are non-GMO.They come in a sealed box but the bottle inside is unsealed which I do not like. They are medium sized, easy to swallow capsules. The serving size is 3 so this is a one month supply.Note that the B12 is cyanocobalamin which is not good for people with MTHFR disfunction.

Nice supplement. Easy to take and store.
