Warm n Cozy Scarf!!!
I received this item as scheduled n was very excited to c if all the great reviews were true. I put it on n was definitely not disappointed. I suffer w chronic neck n back pain as well as widespread body pain. I am literally forced to b attached to my heating pad, to help keep the pain in check. After about an hr or so off it, I begin to feel the pain waking up n traveling down my spine. Leaving the house is an ongoing challenge, however, when I put this scarf on, I could feel the heat immediately n my neck start to relax. It felt so warm n cozy, not to mention incredibly soft. The heat was immediate n the settings were appropriately effective.I wound up wearing it around the house, just to b free of my "Ball n Chain" for a while.I feel so much better now, knowing that I can leave the house n not have to worry about the onset of pain, bcuz I have a portable heating pad!!! Wish I knew these neck copies existed before now!!!

Marvelous
Soft cozy fabric. Spot cleans easily and dries in less than an hour if you don't get it too wet.I thought the power pack would be too heavy, but the design of the scarf makes that a non-issue.The first day it took 6 hrs to charge and only worked a few hrs. By the 3rd day it was fully charged in 1-2 hrs and ran on low for 8-9 hrs.I put it on my neck at night, run it on low all night long, and often the green light is still on in the morning. I'm using it for neck pain, but I'm thinking it would be good for winter sporting events or "First Night" outdoor venues. The power light is very bright, so I turn the scarf to put the light on the underside. Works fine that way.

nice and toasty!
It's getting colder outside, and even with a fleece jacket, it can get chilly around the neck, and while I'm okay with a scarf, sometimes it's not enough. I've got about a dozen hand-warmers, some foot-warmers, etc, but nothing for around the neck. Once I was told there are heated scarves, I knew I had to try one! :DI got this one and wasn't disappointed. I got it, charged it, powered it up, and "wore" it, and it's soooo nice!I got a little confused because I thought the pocket was supposed to hold the battery pack, as it's the perfect size for it, but it had an open bottom and kept sliding out. It took a while for me to figure out that the battery pack actually goes *into* the zipper pocket that the usb cord comes out of, and the "pocket" is to just tuck in the other end of the scarf so it stays in place. Boy was I embarrassed... :DAnyway, after I figured it out, I slapped it on, powered it up, and enjoyed the warmth even inside the house. It's simple: press'n'hold to turn it on, then click for your choice of low, medium, and high. (red/green/blue). It stays on that temperature until you turn it off, or it runs out of juice. The battery pack is a standard usb power bank, and has extra ports so it can be used as one in a pinch. So you can charge your phone or other doodads if you need to.Anyway, what I do is turn on high first to get it to warm up asap, then dial it down to medium or even low, depending on how warm I want/need it to be.And that's all there is to it! In fact, it's flexible enough that I can "plug it in" to a usb extension cord and run it off my laptop, an adapter, a different powerbank, anything!Even unpowered, the scarf is pretty warm, but powered up, mmmm, nice and toasty! So, while you can use the included powerbank with it, or a bigger/beefier one, or even a huge powerbank in a backpack or sling-bag or something, or wire it up to a usb output, you have the flexibility to power it however you want.Pleasantly surprised, and sooooo tempted to give some as gifts...

So cozy!
Haven’t gotten to use it outside in the weather yet, but it does get pretty warm. It’s very cozy. The battery pack lasted about 45 minutes. Can’t wait to take it on the go.

Only about 6 inches get warm
I bought these for an unintentionally use, but unfortunately due to only about 6 inches in the middle that warm up, it was not useful. So if you use this for it's intended purpose and are ok with only the back of your neck being warm, then I'm sure this would work great for you. The battery pack conceals well. The material is soft. The main downside is the heating element isn't long enough.

Warm shoulder hug
This warmer is fantastic. It helps relieve the tension in my shoulders after a stressful day, keeps me warm during soccer games, and it overall comforts and feels like a warm hug.Easy to use and charge, can take anywhere and not be bogged down with the cord, and holds charge for a while depending on the heat setting. Can also be used for lower back and knees. Well worth the value.

Too noisy
It worked really well on the high setting. Even though only a small portion of it got hot, it still kept me warm enough. The problem was when it got too hot and I tried to lower the temperature, it emitted this high pitched wheezing sound. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and requested a replacement. The new one, unfortunately, did the same. Some might not be bothered by the noise as it is not very loud. But I am very noise sensitive and it bugged the crap outta me. Returned them both
