Easy to assemble, lightweight but sturdy!
Love this cat house!My outside cats took to it right away!Easy to assemble! My husband and I had it together in no time! Pre-drilled holes made assembly even easier! The fact that it is insulated for a lower price than other houses was a big selling feature for me!Very light and easy to move but does need 2 people because of its size. Very sturdy!Great value for the price!Nice looking house when assembled!Definitely weatherproof and will keep my cats safe and warm!

Can't Get a Cat to Go Into It.
It's pretty cheaply made which is what I expected. It has survived one winter. But none of the four outside cats will get in it. There's something about it they don't like. I don't know if it's the smell, or the clear door cover strips. But they will NOT go in it. The male stray did piss on it once.

Quality Feral Cat House
Very easy to assemble but it did take 2 people to do it. The quality is very good and I really likeeasy access from the top in order to keep it clean.

Good option for outside cats!
Pretty good idea for an outside cat. I think they should have made the space inside where you put the divider a little further away as it is hard for bigger cats to navigate the space. We decided not to use the divider, which was nice as it did not impact the way the house is put together. Also, when closing the hatch, be careful as it is not sealed in such a way that water could get in if it is not in a covered area. I covered it with a tarp to help with rain and snow and to help with keeping it warmer in the winter months.

No escape door
The house was easy to assemble. Unfortunately this house has no escape door from predators.

Would'nt buy it again because
Frustrating could only see a few of the so-called predrilled holes--the rest were a guess. Got 3 splinters from the wood while putting together. Doesn't have an escape door--expected the quality to be worth the trouble of cutting one myself. Bought it bc thought it would be quality materials. Instructions say not to use bleach or alcohol to clean, and that surfaces swell up when wet--now they tell you. The material is mysterious. They don't really tell you its composition. I would send back if wasn't next to impossible, now that it's constructed. Looks better than it actually is. Totally over-priced.
