I was a little skeptical with our first purchase but it has proved to be brilliant, now moved to a quieter life upstairs. It's replacement builds on the advantages of its predecessor, with improved suction and battery life, as well as a remote control. Functionality wise, it works well with Alexa as well as the SmartLife app we use for a variety of devices. It is really efficient at keeping our hardwood floors clean: we schedule it to clean whilst we're at work. Having two dogs, it is a real time saver and is very thorough at getting into the nooks and crannies where dust collects. Looking at its competitors, it is great value for money. It does exactly what it needs to, effectively and efficiently. Great job!

Absolutely fantastic! I bought this for myself as a Mother’s Day present in anticipation that my son’s wouldn’t bother. I love it to bits. He is now known affectionately as Roberto and cleans the house from top to bottom. I love the scheduling facility and enjoy turning him on remotely to scare my husband! I did loads of research before buying this one as he is nice and low to fit under the sofa, has a good long battery life, and can operate in various modes to spot clean, work around the edges or methodically throughout the house. The mopping is also great - saves me sooo much time. I could watch the little fella for hours, with my feet up and cuppa in hand. Just brilliant.

The media could not be loaded. This is a HUGE time saver and help for me! My elderly dad lives with me and he leaves a trail of crumbs where ever he goes. We also have a cat and wood and tiled floors so the fluff and dust seems to build up overnight! I can set the vacuum to automatic while I get on with other things and it helps to keep the place tidy and on top of the cleaning! I love that it has the mop function to give the floors an extra wipe down! It is robust, light weight and easily finds its way back to the automatic charging station. It doesn't always get right into the corners but it picks up almost everything else! For the price I highly recommend it! The brand also offer excellent post purchase customer service and offers.

I bought this for my elderly parent as she lives in a bungalow. It is ideal for her. Extremely easy to set up, use and clean. It’s not too noisy and is aesthetically pleasing. Doesn’t take up a lot of room but distance around the docking station is essential. The remote is simple for her to use. There are other smart options too and it’s fantastic that it also mops a non-carpeted floor. I’ve recommended to other family members and friends who are keen to buy one. There are more expensive options on the market but this seemed good value for the functions it has. All delivered quickly with an opportunity to set up a 2 year warranty after purchase which is easily accessed through a bar code.

All parts are easy to attach and it even comes with a remote control.The app itself is very straight forward and user friendly, easy to set recurring start times which can be different for each day or the weekend.This app has a carpet booster for more suction, you can also set the power level. Navigation is good and rooms are mapped as the vac explores & there is a mop option.The vac easily finds its way back to the docking station and navigates areas without issue.Emptying is easy, simply lift the cover and you can remove the dust collector with one hand.Would highly recommend, the vac feels well made and sturdy.

Fantastic little machine at an affordable priceI was surprised to see the numerous manufactures of robotic vacuum cleaners and range of costs associated with them so l opted to buy this Laresa model, based on customer reviews (and named it Doris). We have had Doris for a week now and use her every other day in our three bedroom bungalow. The pick up power is so good it even collected a 1” wood screw from somewhere!! Her design allows for easy access, removal and emptying of the waste collector. She is much much quieter than a standard vacuum cleaner and we can’t hear her when cleaning in another room. She goes from wooden floors to medium pile carpets with ease. She lets you know audibly if she gets stuck e.g. on loose cables, clothing, plastic bags etc.We leave our internal doors open when Doris is cleaning and she does the whole bungalow brilliantly without a fuss:)

Easy to set up basic functions. Better suction than I expected. Still trying to work out the more advanced options on the app but I only have it a few days. Clever returning to docking station to recharge itself and handy little brush with blade to cut through hair tangled in the rotation brush.
