Great quality for the price.
I’ve tried several different kimchis and this once is great. Has more of a sweet taste to it and isn’t overly spicy so my husband has been enjoying it too. Goes well with noodles.

Horrible/disgusting
I used to buy these all the time and they were delicious. However since the packaging changed, the recipe has also changed and now they’re absolutely vile. DO NOT BUY

Chinese Kimchi
Taste is overly sweet and spicy and not tangy enough. It's too wet as well. It's is cheaper than other kimchis but be aware it's manufactured in the PRC and not Korea, which explains the low price.

Favourite kimchi
There's a lot of reviews saying it's too sweet, I actually really like the sweeter taste. It's still sharp and punchy with chilli, but yes it does have auch sweeter taste compared to other kimchi. I like it so much that I've been putting a spoonful of sugar into other kimchi I purchase to try and match the taste of this one. What I would say as a negative, is that you do get the odd jar of this stuff that just doesn't taste quite right, and not like the normal recipe. Not many, we're talking maybe 1 in 5 or 6 jars. I've only tried a handful of other kimchi, and the flavour is much more stable across different jars than this one. But overall, I absolutely love the stuff.
