I had purchased an inverter from another manufacturer and seller. It arrived damaged although the package was undamaged, something loose inside, quality control??? I realized I had gone too cheep on price and got what I had paid for. I promptly returned it and purchased the Zetawale inverter that is the subject of this review.This 2000 watt inverter, however, was very evidently of much higher quality and arrived promptly and in perfect condition. It has been operating just fine since I purchased it. Zetawale answered my question email promptly and clearly, particularly helpful as I had a temporary but unusual application. After this temporary application I will install it permanently in my F450 with the heavy gauge cable the came with the inverter. I should also note that 2000 watt inverters such as this one are often sold at substantially higher prices but I am very much satisfied with the quality of this inverter, particularly at its selling price!

Great Product, This is to replace a Xantrex. Works which I can't say for Xantrex or their company. Quiet, reliable and the transfer swithch actually works. Priced very well. The only issue I see is the +/- connections should be moved farther apart.

So far it seems like a good inverter. Remote monitor is good too.

Note that under the hood the wire lug connection method is no better or worse than the 4 plugs. After looking at it I'd recommend using the top right plug for your load connection. It is the first connection point from the board. Not saying the other connections are less but it makes sense to plug your load into that plug.The meter is helpful and accurate enough. I compared it to another meter and both were very close.For the price point I'd say it was pretty darn good unit. Dropped it to a 4 star tho as the wire connection method wasn't all that good. The wire terminal itself couldn't accept a larger gauge wire. So at 2500 watts it should have been larger.

Loving it so far. The tele cable remote control is simple and easy to use. Especially love the cable lead covers give me peace of mind that no accidental contact will happen. Product delivers well. Be sure to look up you alternator so see how many amps it can handle or your alternator will run hot. My delta pro only works with a pure sine wave and this delivers. Very happy with it.

This was the only 1500W inverter that would fit the tight space in my RV. If your space is tight be aware the manufacturer dimensions are for the chassis box and do not include the outlet covers on the front and back, or the mounting brackets that stick out on the sides. These add about 1" each way to the overall dimensions. That said, it works great, and the remote panel is excellent with voltage and battery level as well as being able to dim the display.

When I received the Zetawale 3000 watt inverter, I discovered that the remote display was cracked during shipping. I emailed the company in the evening and received a response the next morning. They told me they would send me a new remote display and that I could expect it in 5 to 8 days. It arrived in 4 days. Everything is working great. I’m very impressed by Zetawale’s prompt and helpful service. The inverter itself is hooked up to 4 100ah LiFePo4 batteries in parallel and handles the microwave, toaster, coffee maker or any other appliance below 3000 watts great. Good product, good service.
