CrosleyCR7502A-WA Riff 3-Speed Bluetooth Vinyl Record Player Turntable with Matching Stereo Speakers and 6 Modular Layouts, Walnut

This is the second Crosley record player I’ve had in 2 weeks. The first one worked for about an hour and then slowed down and didn’t play at the right speed. Returned that one and ordered this one instead. It came and it seems to work but there was no 45 adapter in the hole for it on the player. I called Crosley customer service at 5:30 pm on a Friday because I wanted to use my record player this weekend since I have had to wait almost two weeks to use this after the first one quit. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to talk with someone about getting a 45 adapter. At exactly 6pm they turned off the hold music and said call us during our business hours Monday through Friday 8am-6pm and disconnected the call. I am furious. I had a crosley record player for 11 years that finally quit this year and in two weeks I’ve had two that I can’t use. I should have bought the Victrola player instead.

I was expecting entry level equipment based on the price, but this still wasn’t worth it for me. After unboxing, I connected the system to Bluetooth and compared the sound quality from these speakers to an existing mid-range Bluetooth speaker that I’ve owned for 10 years. My existing speaker had notably better sound. I didn’t even set up the record player and decided to return it and instead purchased a record player independently (TEAC) and get a set of Edifier speakers.

Shipped fast and was well packaged. This record player has amazing sound. It doesn’t just play records you can bluetooth your favorite music to it. Made very well. Easy to use. Looks so nostalgic. Great choice
