Loved the NEW formula...the increase of the BIOTIN to 6,000 mcg! It is working very well for my hair & my nails have grown and are healthy....

I’ve taken these for about a year. Love the strawberry taste, but I live in a very hot, humid climate and often these stick together. I’m not a big fan of gummies in general, but I chew these for the biotin for my nails. Takes a long time but I do think it helps a little with hair and nail growth.

Noticed my paper thin finger nails had finally gotten thick, and no longer splitting. Only took a couple of weeks to see the difference- you will not be disappointed!
