Any claim for treating ED is bogus.Vitamin B12 is rated at 89%, one could easily be getting too much if one is taking all in one vitamins, or taking it as a stand alone vitamin. If one is not getting enough folate, or folic acid in food thus will boost to a daily requirement. Folic acid is good for heart health, but it needs vitamin B6 and B12 to control or counteract homocysteine, IF one has high levels of it as part of one’s heart condition. Look carefully at your own blood reports to see if the supplement has any value at all. WebMD says there isn’t proven research showing that lowering homocysteine levels improves heart health; this acid is associated with eating meat.
