Q: According to the size chart i am a size L, should i stick to that size or should i go a size up as it states its quite tight.Not sure???

I advise a size up, I purchased the same size as my prescription, after wearing them for a short while they were agony and my wife had to cut them off! Best to err on the side of caution.

Q: Calf measurement doesn’t match ankle. My calf is 19” and my ankle is 10”. What size should I get as don’t want them really loose on ankles?

This is really dependant on if you have lots of swelling on your ankles I get the larger size because my ankles can often turn to cankles when warm. If your ankles don't swell I would tend to go for either your normal size as they are not overly tight

If you click on the stockings and go to the site there are various views including a size chart. Measure your calf and ankle and see which is the nearest size. I imagine it would be Small, but best to measure and check.

I would do pre as the sock have to be quite tight to work but are hard to get on/off by yourself
