A pretty good product, I use the ‘Bottom’ supplements and they make douching a breeze, only took a few go’s and was clean quite fast and stayed clean until after the morning if you know what I mean, makes spontaneous fun a lot more achievable 🙌🏻👏🏻

So please and surprised that this product actually works and does what it says it should.My only comment, and maybe very personal to me, but I DON’T need to take 6 pills a day. This is VERY overkill and actually ended up making me VERY blocked and feeling unwell.I reduced to taking just 2 tables in the morning with my breakfast and they work perfectly. When it comes to cleaning out it’s so quick and easy and clear as a whistle after.I highly recommend to all bottoms, guys you won’t look back!I’ll definitely be purchasing again 👍🏾

This didn't really do much for me but maybe my expectations were too high.It is a light fibre supplement but not much more than that.I thought the mix of ingredients would make movements regular and cleaner. Which would then help cleanse thoroughly and quickly when needed (especially at short notice or after a meal: laxatives don't do this, they take ages to work and they can be very messy).I would stick to the standard long water douche and maybe skip a meal or two before partying!If they were cheaper I might keep trying for anothrr month but their price has actually gone up.

Left me feeling ready for sure. Didn’t go to the toilet for 2 days and stopped me from going hungry. When it did come, it was fibrous/firm so they did the job for sure.

After reading reviews i feel like i am the only person who hasn’t had much success with these supplements. Unfortunately I didn’t find much difference before or after and for the price tag attached I was expecting some brilliant results.The pills are a pretty large size and though they’re quite easy to swallow some may struggle with them. I did a bit more research after purchasing to find there isn’t actually much fibre within these at all and for the value for money you’d be much better suited eating more fruit daily then dropping almost £40 on these.I would still give them a go as others have had great results unfortunately I just haven’t.
