Love It
My cat loves it. I personally love the aesthetic as well. I was concerned about the sturdiness but it’s very sturdy. The size fit my standard window. Worth it.

Very well made!
Love this cat window! Pay attention when putting it together, and you won’t have any trouble. I was able to assemble in 45 minutes.

Will never buy from them again
I would not buy from this company ever again. The product was delivered and we tried to put it together. That was when we realized that things didn't line up or fit properly together. We found pieces that were cracked (broken). Overall the quality of the item was not what we expected especially given the reviews. We contacted the seller to send the item back and to get a refund. They were awful to deal with and basically refused to give a refund until a claim was already filed with Amazon. They kept saying they will give a partial refund of 20$ and the item is $166 (with tax). I do not recommend them, product or company. its super disappointing with the way they handled things.

Great quality, great price
The quality of this is better than some I’ve spent $500 on. Easy to put together and the cats love it!

Nice!
Was surprised at this! Quality is pretty good, went together easily in about 45 minutes. Power drill helped. One thing that surprised me was that the entry frame that is braced by the window is metal. Otherwise the cage, base, and fascia are wood. Do yourself a favor and buy a spray can of urethane UV clear sealant and treat the outside portion. The paint used is applied very thinly and the wood will soak up moisture. Also, the pads are thin. Might be fine for you, but not good enough for my guy. The SMALL size KSIIA Orthopedic Dog Bed here on Amazon at the time of this writing is a perfect fit. Another thing I did was apply Window tint film to the top plexi/acrylic roof. Later on I may attach an actual pitched roof to it and do away with the plexi/acrylic altogether... What can I say, I'm an engineer who can't resist the urge to improve EVERYTHING!

Takes a bit of extra time to assemble with OCD care, but worth it. Our cats love it!
This is a great catio, just take your time with assembly and use glue and thread locker where possible for durability. As a wood worker, we went overboard on assembly, but everything we used is also available from Amazon. Easier to do it right once than fix it again later. We glued the wooden pieces after partially drilling in the screws into the main frame to leave a gap so we could brush some Tightbond III into everywhere wood contacted. Add the glue to a shallow cup and have some wet paper towels on hand to wipe up any drips. Also, on the dowelled brace, note the dowels are smaller so the can expand when you drill through with screws on the opposite side. Again, we glued all the wood sections together.I would recommend getting some *stainless* washers and #8 x3/4" pan head screws for the plexiglass top. I feel this could torque when being moved and installed in windows and the screws that come with it are flanged and could crack the plexi. Basically, tighten the stainless screws just barely enough so the washer doesn't move to be sure the plexiglass has the ability to wiggle and not develop a stress crack. The washer also spreads out the pressure of the screw head. You may also need to drill some new pilot holes as the plastic will likely not line up with the pre-drilled holes after assembling the wood frame. Small pilot holes prevent the wood from splitting when inserting screws.Because this will experience big temperature changes, we used Locktite thread locker on the bolts for the window fins. I also notched a small hole (basically one criss-cross) from the screen near the top on one side to allow us to drop in treats for the cats. I snipped with cutters then ran a small file on the remaining wire. Then dabbed some black paint in the wire so it doesn't rust. Also, with the plastic flaps and the doors, it does a pretty good job of keeping out the wind/cold/hot. It looks great!

Customer service is very poor.
The product was fairly well built. However we had issues with the install portion. It didn’t fit snuggly into place, and caused major draft issues. When I contacted the seller I was offered $20 back…which I found insulting… considering the price… I asked to return it, and was again offered $20 dollars and asked to either give it away or make due. I would not recommend this product due to the poor customer service I received.
