First impressions
The chimney was delivered on the morning of 27th March 2025. The machine is really good but the service of Elica is outstanding and very fast. The chimney was installed by the evening.About the chimney, the suction is really good and the light is also very bright. Noise level is also nominal and motion detection is also accurate.The service and installation was also very fast and good by Elica

Performance
I made a great choice buying this specific model, when firstly I was thinking to buy the baffle filtered chimney but after a lot of research I finally made up mind to go with filterless its and after 1 month of usage I literally feel that its way more hassle free to maintain. The chimney capacity is great specially for heavy frying, I bought the 60cm model depending upon my kitchen space and oven size. Thanks to Elica for this amazing model.

DO NOT BUY...... Pathetic Customer Service
DO NOT BUY...... Pathetic Customer Service and ProductBought this chimney in Oct 2024, motor burnt in April 2025. Raise a request on 18th April and still waiting it to be replaced. Customer service including technician have no information or update that how log it gonna take.It seems I've bought a headace. Going forward not gonna buy any product of Elica because I always prefer the best customer care service. Product quality is always a secondary for me in electricals and electronis.
