We all try to take magnesium at night, I usually buy capsules because I don't like tablets/caplets especially when it comes to magnesium. When i saw these gummies I thought I would try them for the kids. They like them well enough, some were more enthusiastic than others. I tried them too, they taste sweet and almost cold and are a very soft gummy. You can definitely taste that the raspberry flavor in these all makes you feel better, which I don't really care for, but to cover up the magnesium flavor I suppose they had to get serious. I like that it is naturally flavored and colored and has no preservatives. The label says 70mg of magnesium which is good, as long as they mean elemental and not 600mg of the glycine/magnesium mix Says to have 600mg of magnesium. I get a little spendy with multiple kids and one bottle only being only 30 servings. I would buy these again, I know my kids would like them if did as they prefer these replace to take capsules.
