Love the flavor of this tea and what it does for my eyes and kidneys.I like the packaging also.

I’ve got to say, this Dandelion Wolfberry tea is gorgeous. Each packet is like a little piece of art with whole flowers and identifiable plant chunks. But here's the catch—there’s no actual “tea bag” in the traditional sense. You get this little plastic bag with dried ingredients, so you have to use a filter or a press to brew the tea after taking it out of its 'teabag'.The taste is lovely, though. I'm a huge fan of anything dandelion and this is a delicious blend. The main ingredients—goji berries and dandelion—are supposed to be good for boosting your immune system, which is always nice to try for. If the ingredients are already going to be portioned out and that plastic be used, why not make proper teabags for the ingredients instead? The tea itself is pretty tasty and full of aroma, just a little more effort than I expected.

This tea has a great taste with a pleasing visual (you must empty the plastic bag into your cup). There are 7 different herbs from roots to seeds to flowers and more. I can taste the licorice plainly so if you do not like licorice this will not be the tea for you – although you may be able to pick out the pieces before making tea and that may help. Personally, I like chewing up the licorice and the orange peel bits after finishing my tea. I’ve noticed if I let it brew for too long – say 30 minutes or so – it becomes bitter so I try not to forget that it’s brewing.

First of all, this tea is beautiful. Each portion is packaged in a clear plastic bag (you remove it to brew the tea and have loose leaves), and each bag is a work of art. There are whole flowers and easy-to-identify plant chunks. No mystery filler ingredients here. It almost seems a shame to throw it away after brewing--I almost feel like drying it back out and putting in a potpourri for the bathroom or something.Brewing is a little bit of a challenge because it is loose, and I couldn't fit it all in one of my brewing baskets. The chunks make it take up a lot of space compared to a tea made of ground-up ingredients. I ended up brewing without a basket and then spent some time straining out the floating chunks before I drank it. A little muslin bag would probably be the way to go.I wasn't as big a fan of the flavor. Everything was kind of a vague herbal taste, and I prefer some strong flavors (my favorite herbal teas usually have licorice or mint) and I ended up using honey with this (I rarely add anything to tea). Flavor is more subjective, so I'm just taking off one star for this--while I don't enjoy this whole category of flavors as much, you might love it.
