It’s hands free but I decided to return it.
It’s a good, hands-free pump for sure! I will give that! I have a spectra S1 that I got through insurance and I have been using since delivery, about 1 month now. And I love it.But I have been amazed and curious about the hand free pump. I have been doing research and read lot of threads, comments, reviews between different models and brands. And finally came down to either momcozy M5 or M6. And I chose the upgraded version of M5, which is M6.Now I am aware of hand free pump won’t be as efficient as traditional pump. After using for a day, I couldn’t think of a situation I have to use hands free pump, and I decided to return the product.I breast feed during the day, and bottle up for the night. Plan to stop breastfeeding after 3 month.First of all, I have no problem lining up nipples with flanges, but I can’t see when the flow comes and how much I have pumped. And you will need to adjust/switch on each boob manually. My baby is 1 month old, she eats about 100-120 ml now, Spectra can get me 180 ml total on both sides in 8 mins between 3 hours feeding period. And I feel light and know it’s comfortable empty. With M6, I couldn’t tell how much flow comes thru simulation/massage, and when I need to switch to expression, and how much I pumped. I tried different mode combinations based on other users feedback, I can get 120 ml about 30 mins ( 12mins + 8 mins rest+10mins ). My nipples are sore honestly. It is hands free, but I can’t lay down, hold the baby or anything. I can be on my phone, or walk around, but mostly sit there as they are not light in the bra. Then I ask myself why I spend 30 mins do that instead of sitting there pump for 8 mins and done with it.Plus I just knew the insurance will send me new parts for spectra every 32 days as long as I am pumping. I guess carry spectra is not too bad if I need to.Maybe I am just used to using Spectra now, and not planning to breastfeed that long. Again, the product itself doesn’t have any problems. I am sure there is a best combination can get me similar amount in a shorter time. But for now, I don’t think I need to 200 bucks to have it at home.

If used on correct setting, IT WORKS!
I had to give this breast pump a few uses in order to give a correct review. So far I like that the nip isn’t being pulled in all the way and doesn’t hurt like other pumps. I am able to go to level 3-4 without pain compared to the S12 pro. It’s not lightweight but doesn’t bother me and/ or doesn’t affect the use of the pump. I have found the best output is if I start on stimulation for the first 2-3 minutes then move to expression for 15 minutes. If no let down after those 15 minutes then I move on to mixed (stimulation/ expression). Which has helped me feel empty at the end of my 30 minute session. I like that I have found a great pump for on the go and the carrying case is a plus!

Holy grail of pumps
Holy grail of pumps! I can’t say enough good things about it! The suction and settings are spot on. It’s convenient and quiet. They are a little heavy but being completely hands free that’s expected with the motor in each cup. The carrying case with two chargers to charge them both at once is great! Each cup can sit upright until you’re ready to pour. And the pour spout works so well! Super easy to clean and take apart! Just all around a solid investment! Definitely recommend!

Momcozy M6 Wearable Breast Pump – A Game Changer for Busy Moms
As a busy mom balancing work, school, and childcare, I was looking for a hands-free, discreet, and efficient pump that would allow me to multitask. After using the Momcozy M6, here’s my honest review based on design, suction power, ease of use, and battery life.✅ Pros:✔️ Compact & Comfortable – The slim, lightweight design fits well in a nursing bra without feeling bulky. It’s more low-profile than other wearable pumps I’ve tried.✔️ Strong Suction with Adjustable Modes – Offers multiple suction levels and modes for letdown and expression, allowing customization based on comfort and milk flow.✔️ Quiet Operation – Quieter than traditional electric pumps, making it ideal for use at work or while running errands.✔️ Easy to Clean – Fewer parts than some competitors, making assembly and cleaning straightforward.✔️ Good Battery Life – Lasts around 3-4 pumping sessions per charge, great for on-the-go use.❌ Cons:✖️ Learning Curve – The placement inside the bra takes some trial and error to get the best seal for optimal suction.✖️ Not Completely Leakproof – If not positioned correctly or if you lean forward too much, there may be minor leakage.✖️ Milk Capacity – Holds about 6 oz per side, which is fine for most users but might be limiting for those with a larger supply.Final Verdict:The Momcozy M6 is a great alternative to traditional pumps, especially for moms who need a discreet, hands-free option. While it takes some adjusting to get the best fit, once dialed in, it’s convenient, efficient, and makes pumping easier during a busy day. If you’re looking for an affordable, wearable pump that doesn’t compromise on performance, this is a solid choice.Would recommend to working moms, multitaskers, and anyone wanting more freedom while pumping!
