Another case of "you get what you pay for". I have had many chargers along the way, and this one by far exceeds them all. It is probably three times the weight of any of my other ones and capable of high wattage charging more than one item at a time. Another feature that drew me to this particular charger is the safety circuits being provided to my expensive devices, such as overcharging, over voltage, over current and surge protection. Let see the cheap 1/4 ounce chargers do that well. The other thing to keep in mind is that if you expect the fastest charging you need cables capable of higher currents. Happy with chargers. I would recommend to anyone.

May damage your laptops!
Worked fine charging my phones and other small handhelds.When I plugged it to charge my laptop, I was immediately prompted with warning messages saying: "wrong/bad charging adapter detected! disconnect to prevent damage"I will be returning this and going back to my old charger.Do not recommend!

Heavy weight for an old wall socket
Is good but is heavy. Can it damage the wall sockets ? Better connect it in a surge suppressor flat in the floor.
