Great machine, poor customer service
I have now owned this machine just over a month. Overall, I am very satisfied with the machine, on the rare occasions that making ice cream is successful.However, the ice cream bowl regularly gets stuck in the machine. It is impossible to turn the bowl to the right or left and to take it out. It takes several hours for the bowl to come loose and when I eventually remove the bowl the ice cream has melted. This happens virtually every time I use the machine.I used it yesterday and the bowl is still stuck.Unold's customer service's response was that I should return the machine to Germany for testing. Not very practical.
