My son loves it and it has a dull blade . We hung it in his room but still wanted to ensure it was not sharp . One of his favorites

Great quality, not sharp so no danger. But it looks really cool.

Now if this were intended to be a functional dagger, AKA a weapon for stabbing and slicing, it would get a big fat zero stars, because the blade has NO edge whatsoever. Thankfully, it is not for that. I used it for my medieval/fantasy cosplay costume and I can't point out anything horrific or low quality about the item. I got what I paid for, maybe a little bit undervalued honestly, overall a decent product. The dagger was packaged well and there was a cool little yellow cloth inside the box which made for some decent presentation.When I took it out of the box the first thing I noticed was it is actually a lot smaller than I had first anticipated. Not small enough to be a butter knife, but it definitely fits the "dagger" category and you couldn't play it off as a sword to save your life. Something odd I also noticed was a quiet but audible scratchy noise coming from the handle as I moved the dagger around, as if there was a single grain of sand stuck somewhere in there. It's not extremely bothersome but I'm curious as to what is causing the sound. The blade and shiny parts are indeed made out of metal, so it looks and feels as authentic as a cheap stage dagger can get. The leather parts on the sheathe and handle of the dagger are plastic but look close to leather and I'm not going to be picky about it. The blade was perfectly straight out of the package and doesn't bend easy unless you put some force on it, so don't do that.Would be a five star product if the plastic was real leather and if the handle was fit for larger hands. Also, the blade says in very small text "STAINLESS - CHINA" which is an, although miniscule, immersion killer.

Very attractive piece. Would gave it more stars if blade wasn't just flat piece of metal. Would appreciated attempt to at least show some sort of edge. Had a point but that is it. Most costume props like this would have a dull edge but this didnt even have an edge. So, 3 stars. The rest of it is great for display purposes.

Awesome! Looks and feels authentic. It is made of metal and feels solid and heavy. Bought as a gift for my 14 year old son so that he could use as part of his outfit for the Renaissance Pleasure Fair. Except for the tip, the blade is dull on both sides and that is fine. I was expecting less for the price but it exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend!

Very great quality just bought it strong metal. Must I warn you though it's not a real dagger it is only for cosplay or just for show. Amazing for those purposes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great cosplay dagger for less than 15 buck. The blade edge is not sharpened but the point is. NOT recommended for kids because that point could do some damage if not careful.
