I was looking for a brand of supplements that do not have all the extra crap that are in others. I like that this brand only uses ingredients that are necessary. I have several supplements from this company and they all work as they are supposed to. Occasionally I struggle with falling asleep so I take one of these and this helps to quickly get me to sleep without tossing and turning all night. As with any sleep aid, I make sure I only take this when I know I can get at least 6 hours of sleep so I don't feel groggy in the morning. I'm not sure if these would make you groggy because I only take them when I have at least 6 hours of sleep, but I know other brands have made me feel groggy. I have also taken these when I am not quite tired but know I want to get 8+ hours of sleep so I can fall asleep, and they have worked for that as well. If you struggle with the occasional sleep issues, I would recommend trying these.
