Works great for VCH
Bought this for my VCH and I’ve had no issues. The weight isn’t too great as I barely notice it’s there. The balls haven’t tried falling off (it’s been about 3 months since I’ve been using it) the ease of screwing the balls on was very fast and easy (anyone with jewelry know some can be a pain)If I need another one I do plan on buying another one!

Barbell itself without the balls is under 1"
The product is well crafted and the correct gauge size. However if you are using it for bar a "pa" like me the 12mm balls are very close to the size of the barbell. So you will get slippage, or not staying in place. And the barbell itself is rather short in the picture above. On the left is a 00g 7/8 horseshoe with the curved barbell purchased underneath. On the right is 0g for comparison.

Incorrect gauge size and balls fall out easily
It seems to be closer to 14g than 12g, and the screw (+ hole) are far too short. The balls can barely tighten and will unscrew with minimal touch

Not long and difficult to screw on and off
I actually searched for a long navel piercing, and found this one. It isn't long at all. It's regular length, which didn't really work out for me. The opposite screw type piercing is more difficult than the normal ones. I wouldn't recommend it.
