Good idea but needs some more thought
The theory is great but the execution is not perfect. I would say it is designed for a slim door. I fitted this on an internal fire door and we ended up having to modify as the spring does not allow you to pull the corner of the door enough for it to pass the floor.

Easy to achieve much more cheaply
This is a totally brilliant idea, and has inspired me to achieve just the same thing by cutting off my door corner and using a couple of lift off hinges and a magnetic catch, all from Screwfix. Bingo.
