Q: Why do they taste funky now, for the past 6 mo its hit or miss if i get a bag that is yummy or gross-what is going on with processing?

I've never had a bag that was gross! Sorry I'm not helpful, but after many, many bags I haven't had a bad one.

Q: Are these as fresh as you find in local stores?

I have bought different flavors of Dove and always found them fresh.

Q: what is the dark chocolate percentage?

Good question. I could not find the information anywhere on the bag. However, my husband and grandsons love these mini Dove bars.

Q: Are these gluten free?

Dark chocolate has no barley malt unless listed as an ingredient. Usually in baked goods like brownies & cakes. This is candy, not cookies.
