Q: I’ve tried ordering this chili oil twice now and I keep getting the wrong item. Do I need to do something to get the chili oil listed above?

Good Luck! A friend from Chengdu brings me a small jar when she makes her own.

Q: What are the ingredients?

From the label: "Sesame oil, corn oil, chili pepper, chili pepper extract, paprika color" Made in Japan. The Chinese characters 辣油 (Làyóu) translate to "chili oil" which is a generic name for this stuff.

Q: is it just one bottle ?

yes and a small bottle at that. There was another listed in an 8 or 6 oz bottle that was just as good for about a dollar more
