Very happy with the quality of the product. Nicely packaged. Clean and appear to be freshly dried. I appreciate the set of instructions provided for preparing the herb in a variety of ways. The product arrived much sooner than I expected. It is nice to be able to purchase a Korean-grown variety.

I am confirming other negative reviews of this product - the berries are black and flakey instead of red (like they should be and like the picture). After soaking in water for 24 hours, the berries did not infuse into the water. It is supposed to turn the water a red color and impart flavor but there was nothing. Completely unacceptable for the price. I will be returning.

This product was received in perfect condition. It is mighty fresh! And perfect for that ‘immune system fortification’ recipe!

It is suppose to give natural red color from the berry but even after soaking it for more than 5 hours, it didn't do anything. I think it passed the shelf life for sure although it indicates the date that hasn't expired yet on the packaging. It is very disappointing.

I paid more for the Korean version, so Id get quality berries

The quality of this product is so poor but price is so high and that makes me angry. The color doesn’t come out as red it supposed to be when you make juice but the color is like yellowish and taste is bitter.
