Good flavour.
Some chunks need cutting, chopping or whatever, if you, like me, have a small heating chamber. I soak for 10-20 minutes in h2o before use. It produces thicker smoke and more flavour. I tried unsmoked (ordered in error) streaky and a few hickory chips on cold smoke for 10 minutes, I've never had such good bacon before! I'll be ordering only unsmoked bacon in future!

Great Product
I bought the mesquite chips and they give a lovely smokey flavour to the bbq. Usually soak in water for about 10-15 mins then drain which slows down the burn else they burn hot and fast

Look what you buy
When you buy on the picture it says 3L , but you buy 2L ... When it came i was a bit disappointed and thought that someone made mistake to send me smaller size . But than i looked up my order and seems to be a mistake that i didn't look description 🤔Lill misadvertising here , but it's alright... Package non resealable, but you not buying product by it's bag. It would be slightly better if package could reseal, because it's not for 1 time use. Wood chip size is good . I like more chunky pieces than tiny. Smoke flavour in meat is really good tho. I do soak them and drop them dry . To get that pinch of smoke flavour. Would buy again . Only bigger bag and look twice for description and order details

'Smoke-in' Chips
These are perfect chips for smoking Fish Sausages, chicken, after trying hickory chips which are quite strong, these Apple chips give a lighter smoke, I like very much! I would purchase again.

It's like setting fire to money but with a slightly better smell ! Can't remember how much I paid but the more I think about it the more I come to the conclusion that I can't be all there in the head ! I'm paying for wood shavings that I then set light too ! Ye gods, I must be soft in the head. Other than that they seem to work because they definitely burn, not noticed any extra smoke though a neighbour thought a new Pope had been elected !

Loved cooking with these
After getting into BBQ this summer more than I ever have I decided to add some smoking to my food.I'd never heard of these chips before but went by the reviews.I decided to make a tin foil parcel, filled them with the chips, poked holes into the tin foil and place onto the coals rather than just chuck the chips directly onto the coals.I've always been weary of if smoking actually adds anything to food but I've now tried these with burgers (using the chips gave the meat a nice deep red tinge), chicken thighs, rotisserie chicken and chicken kebabs and absolutely recommend giving it a go, it just gives your food an additional kick, the cherry chips especially are well worth a try!
