I have been using this for a month already and find that the stiffness in the knee joint reduced. It was caused by healing tissue.I had undergone reduction surrgery for my fractured tibia. At 60+ years of age recovery is slow but this herb helps a lot in inflammation reduction resulting in better function of injured muscle. I checked this out after stopping all pain relief meds.

Didn't notice any positive changes, may be I should try it for long to conclude anything.
