Lovely, light flavor
I use this in Indian dishes, homemade coffee creamer, and homemade vegan yogurt. It works very well. It's not as inexpensive as it used to be, but I still buy it as I have not been able to find anything as good at a lower cost.

Cheaper than my grocery store!
This is a great price for a pack of 12. It's cheaper per unit than my local Kroger. The price has dropped since I bought it too. It's currently listed as $23.52. I paid $30.46 for it. That's kind of lame. Either way, it was a good deal then, it's an even better deal now! I use this lite coconut milk to make coconut rice, coconut curry, and my recent discovery, coconut couscous (yum). You can google the recipes. That's deliciousness for ya!So I use this for cooking, and I recommend it for that. I never straight up drink it - so can't offer you drinkers much advice. I do love all things coconut though (coconut oil, coconut water, coconut chocolate, lion toasted coconut coffee, coconut creamer, etc). If it's coconut, I love it. This is no exception.

Great substitute for milk. Mild taste
The unsweeten coconut milk is an ex ellent substitute for cows milk in protein drinks. It does not take over the taste of the shake (chocolate).

Can be used in place of milk products
I use this all the time in place of milk products in gravies, recipes that call for heavier milk products and baking, soups, etc. Works very well. For lighter cooking with milk recipes I use the light coconut milk. Make sure you shake milk well before opening because it does tend to separate.

Dented cans
In the box of 12 9 were dented - and there is no way that it happened during delivery - The box was packed with dented cans..

No problems at all
These came in a box undamaged, with that expiration date greater than a year out. I have used all but two cans. These are great for soups and anything That has a thinner consistency. They are not very good for thicker curries but as long as you use them in other dishes they taste fine and work well.

Perfect.
I chose the lite version because the full fat was just too much fat. This can has a bit of fat accumulated at the top which make the shaking a necessity. Smooth and creamy coconut flavor. This is the least expensive way to purchase that I have found.
