Came together easily. Nice flavor, although I’ll probably add some cumin and coriander with next batch. Not in the least bit disappointed as it’s also a good value. Nothing to compare it to as it’s been years since I last had falafel. I would buy again after a comparison to some other brands.

Ive tried falafel mix from several other brands and this one always comes out the best, both taste wise and the texture when eating. They're also super easy. and quick to make, I keep a box in my pantry for nights when I have little time to make dinner and need a quick, but yummy dinner. One pack really only serves 2 adults (each box comes with 2 packs), so ill use an entire box if I want to have leftovers for the next day.

Should have more chick pea or fava bean content. The extra filler is immediately noticeable after cooked.

Best tasting falafel mix. Easy to mix up and fry. Price is reasonable. Will buy again in the future.

I'll tinker with the mix until I've used it up by adding a little sweetener to see if that counteracts the spice level or by adding a little of other ingredients to see if that works.

I was excited to introduce others to falafel. Everyone was greatly disappointed. This mix results in a crispy falafel. Unfortunately, the flavor is unacceptable for what it is supposed to be. They are bland and have a mushy texture inside. Pass on these.

Great value. Easy to make. Good flavor.

The texture of the finished falafel is more dense than my homemade, but the flavor was surprisingly close despite lacking fresh herbs. One caveat: you'd better like it spicy, because these actually have more cayenne pepper than cumin.
