Works very well upon arrival; easy to set up; clever light to warn of poor reception
I've been through 3-4 previous wifi extenders for my particular location. (Some fail after a short time, some don't reconnect themselves after power glitches, some just don't offer much speed.) This one feels heavier than others similarly priced, suggesting stronger construction. The set-up was easy, especially if you've done these before. If you're doing it for the first time, it seems unintuitive, so read the step-by-step instructions slowly and carefully. They DO work, if followed carefully. This device picks up my distant router signal well, even in a difficult spot, and repeats the signal strongly. Perhaps the most useful feature is a "signal strength" LED, which glows red if the signal it's getting from the router is weak; this prompts you to relocate the unit until the light glows blue, indicating a strong signal connection. Very helpful!

Very easy setup and very good range.
I got this because I live in a trailer on my sister's property and her WiFi signal does not carry out to my equipment, by setting this unit up in her garage the signal reaches out to my trailer quite easily and I'm getting 2 bars on the 5G band and 4 of 5 bars on the 2.4G band ant there was no signal at all without this device. Small problem of the ISP supplied router not reconnecting to it after it's maintenance cycle about every 4 days but I believe this to be a router problem and not the extender.

Works Great in Congested Apartment
I use this is a heavily-congested 1300 sq-foot apartment; both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 Ghz channels are absolutely flooded with garbage. It's paired with a Tenda AC18 AC1900 so I feel like they work well together (at least from a UI perspective), but probably wouldn't matter which brand router I had.I DID have issues at first with this extender: The first day I set it up, it worked great. The next day, the light on the front was blinking red. I tried resetting the extender to factory, tried moving it closer to the router (even in the same room) and it would still just blink red. What I did to fix it, in layman's terms: I set it to be it's own network (extending your WiFi, but having to manually connect to it's Broadcast ID) then set it BACK to an extender (so your devices seamlessly connect) and it fixed the issue. Has been running 100% uptime stable for months.Prior to installation, I would get horrible latency and download speeds in my back bedroom and bathroom. Normally, I get 100Mbps (12.5MB/s) download speeds near the router, but moving to the bedroom would drop to under 1MB/s. I have an Intel NUC attached to my bedroom TV and it would struggle to play any 1080 content. Now I can stream 4K without any hiccups and get up to 8 MB/s.

Latency problems
After wait for a long time for received the I finally teated this device. There super simple to setup. I try using 5Ghz and 2.4 signals and works.Only problem that I found is that generate too much latency. To connect a computer for browsing it’s works but I tested with Prime Video and generate a tons of problem. I reset the modem and change the band from original router. This not resolve the problem.I used other apps and suddenly freeze. I do not consider that create an stable connection.I do not return the package ‘cus box was discarded and I just got the device without instructions or cover.I do not recommend the product. Looks well made but is not trusted for important things. Was tested using wifi and RJ45 connections with the sane results.

Didn't boost signal much, slowed speed, as expected. Overall no-go.
Bought this to boost signal from an old Apple Time Capsule router (used to extend my primary network via ethernet linkage) to an outdoor Nest camera. Before repeater, signal was borderline, upload speeds were variable, 5-12 Mbps. Was concerned signal might drop intermittently. Plugged in this extender at multiple sites between the two, tweaked antenna position, etc. Best signal I could get was a little bit better than without, but the expected decrease in speed with this wi-fi repeater resulted in speeds of 2-9 Mbps and choppy image transmission. In the end, I moved some things around so I could reposition the router by a couple of feet and gained far more signal strength and speed than with the repeater.

Perfect to extend your range
I love these signal extenders. They extend my WIFI Range so the entire home gets great coverage. But in my situation they were purchased to extend the signal to my SIMMIS Smart Home Video Doorbells also purchased from Amazon. With a bonus by having 1 dedicated RJ45 Jack on the extender itself. I am now able to place two older TV's on my home Network.

It just didn’t work
Followed the set up instructions and nothing happened. I was not able to see the signal from this device at all! Had to return this one. Yet I purchase another brand that looked exactly the same as this one and it worked right away.

This WiFi Booster really works
After my original booster died I bought another reasonable priced replacement. Never was satisfied with it. Then tried a high priced 5G replacement. Found that it would not dumb down to 4G like I thought it would. Never could get it to work. Then I got this Tenda A15 unit. It actually works! Price was moderate, and fast with Prime. I do Recommend this one.
