Lock Jammed in Under a Year of Usage.
The Lock mechanism got Jammed in under a year of light usage. The key does not work anymore. This is the first time in so many years that a Godrej product has failed for me. Hope they can keep the quality that is consistent with their brand name. Giving it 3 starts, as it looked great and worked well before the malfunction.
